n="0287b10" ed="T"/>掘漧土，久而不止得见湿相，自知不久当得 <lb n="0287b11" ed="T"/>禅定。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0287b1103" cb:place="inline">一心信乐精勤摄心转入深定，作是念 <lb n="0287b12" ed="T"/>已毁<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0287011" ed="T"/>不知求，反更外求不净罪乐。行者常应精进， <lb n="0287b16" ed="T"/>昼夜集诸善法助成禅定，诸障禅法令心远 <lb n="0287b17" ed="T"/>離。集诸善法者，观欲界无常、苦、空、无我，如 <lb n="0287b18" ed="T"/>病、如疮、如痈、如箭入心，三毒炽<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0287b1801" n="0287b1801"/><anchor xml:id="beg0287b1801" n="0287b1801"/>然<anchor xml:id="end0287b1801"/>起诸鬥诤、 <lb n="0287b19" ed="T"/>嫉妒<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0287015" n="0287015"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0287015" n="0287015"/><anchor xml:id="beg0287015" n="0287015"/>烟相甚为<anchor xml:id="end0287015"/>恶厌。如是观者，是名初习禅 <lb n="0287b20" ed="T"/>法。若习法时，中间或有五盖覆心，即应除灭， <lb n="0287b21" ed="T"/>怖畏，当自思惟，死王大力常欲为害，念死甚 <lb n="0287c25" ed="T"/>近如贼疾来无可恃怙，又如拔刀临<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0287034" n="0287034"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0287034" n="0287034"/><anchor xml:id="beg0287034" n="0287034"/>项<anchor xml:id="end0287034"/>，睡则 <lb n="0287c26" ed="T"/>斩首。二者欣慰，当作是念：“<persName>佛</persName>为大师，所有妙 <lb n="0287c27" ed="T"/>法未曾有也，我<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0287035" n="0287035"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0287035" n="0287035"/><anchor xml:id="beg0287035" n="0287035"/>以<anchor xml:id="end0287035"/>受学。”自幸欣庆，睡心即 <lb n="0287c28" ed="T"/>灭。三者愁忧，当复念言：“後世辗转受身经历， <lb n="0287c29" ed="T"/>苦痛毒害无边无量。”如是种种因缘诃睡眠 <pb n="0288a" ed="T" xml:id="T15.0616.0288a"/> <lb n="0288a01" ed="T"/>法，如是思惟睡眠则止。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0288a0110" cb:place="inline">若掉悔盖起，应作是 <lb n="0288a02" ed="T"/>念：“世人欲除忧、求欢喜故而生掉戏，今我苦 <lb n="0288a03" ed="T"/>行坐禅求道，云何自恣放心掉戏？甚所不应。 <lb n="0288a04" ed="T"/><persName>佛</persName>法所重摄心为本，不应轻躁纵心自放。如 <lb n="0288a05" ed="T"/>水波动不见面像，掉戏动心不见好醜。”悔如 <lb n="0288a06" ed="T"/>禅度中说。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0288a0605" cb:place="inline">问曰：</p><p xml:id="pT15p0288a0607" cb:place="inline">贪欲<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0288001" n="0288001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0288001" n="0288001"/><anchor xml:id="beg0288001" n="0288001"/>恚疑<anchor xml:id="end0288001"/>各别为盖，何故 <lb n="0288a07" ed="T"/>睡眠、掉悔二合为盖？</p><p xml:id="pT15p0288a0709" cb:place="inline">答曰：</p><p xml:id="pT15p0288a0711" cb:place="inline">睡<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0288002" n="0288002"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0288002" n="0288002"/><anchor xml:id="beg0288002" n="0288002"/>虽<anchor xml:id="end0288002"/>烦恼，势力 <lb n="0288a08" ed="T"/>微薄，眠不助成则不覆心，掉戏无悔不能成 <lb n="0288a09" ed="T"/>盖，以是故二合为盖。譬如以绳繫物，单则无 <lb n="0288a10" ed="T"/>力，合而能繫。复次睡眠心法因睡心重，以心 <lb n="0288a11" ed="T"/>重故身亦俱重，因睡微覆眠覆转增遮壞道 <lb n="0288a12" ed="T"/>法，是<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0288003" n="0288003"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0288003" n="0288003"/><anchor xml:id="beg0288003" n="0288003"/>故<anchor xml:id="end0288003"/>二合为盖。眠既觉已心不专一，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0288004" n="0288004"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0288004" n="0288004"/><anchor xml:id="beg0288004" n="0288004"/>驰<anchor xml:id="end0288004"/> <lb n="0288a13" ed="T"/>念五欲行诸烦恼，是名为掉。譬如猕猴得出 <lb n="0288a14" ed="T"/>羁闭，自恣跳踯戏诸林木。掉亦如是，已念五 <lb n="0288a15" ed="T"/>欲行诸结使，身口意失而生忧悔，作是念言： <lb n="0288a16" ed="T"/>“不应作而作，应作而不作。”是故掉悔相因二 <lb n="0288a17" ed="T"/>合为盖。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0288a1704" cb:place="inline">问曰：</p><p xml:id="pT15p0288a1706" cb:place="inline">作恶能悔，不应为盖？</p><p xml:id="pT15p0288a1714" cb:place="inline">答曰：</p><p xml:id="pT15p0288a1716" cb:place="inline">如犯 <lb n="0288a18" ed="T"/>戒自悔，从今以往不复更作，如是非盖。若心 <lb n="0288a19" ed="T"/>作罪常念不息，忧恼乱心故名为盖。如是种 <lb n="0288a20" ed="T"/>种因缘，诃掉悔盖。繫心缘中。若心生疑即应 <lb n="0288a21" ed="T"/>令灭。所以者何？疑之为法非如爱慢，今世不 <lb n="0288a22" ed="T"/>生<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0288005" n="0288a24" ed="T"/>所习法疑不复进，即知疑患遮覆正道，当疾 <lb n="0288a25" ed="T"/>除却。复作是念：“<persName>佛</persName>为一切智人，分别诸法，是 <lb n="0288a26" ed="T"/>世间法是出世间法，是善是不善、是利是害， <lb n="0288a27" ed="T"/>了了分明，今但受行不应生疑，当随教法不 <lb n="0288a28" ed="T"/>应拒违。复次<persName>佛</persName>法妙者，修定智慧如实<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0288007" n="0288007"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0288007" n="0288007"/><anchor xml:id="beg0288007" xml:id="beg0288012" n="0288012"/>碍<anchor xml:id="end0288012"/>实智。譬如病疥搔之转 <lb n="0288b08" ed="T"/>多身壞增剧，良医授药疥痒自止；行者如是， <lb n="0288b09" ed="T"/>种种诸法而生疑想，随事欲解疑心转多，是 <lb n="0288b10" ed="T"/>以<persName>佛</persName>教<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0288013" n="0288013"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0288013" n="0288013"/><anchor xml:id="beg0288013" n="0288013"/>直<anchor xml:id="end0288013"/>令断疑，疑生即灭。”如是种种诃 <lb n="0288b11" ed="T"/>疑，当疾除却。行者如是思惟除捨五盖集诸 <lb n="0288b12" ed="T"/>善法，深入一心，断欲界烦恼得初禅定，如<persName>佛</persName> <lb n="0288b13" ed="T"/>经说，行者離欲恶不善法，有觉有观離生喜 <lb xml:id="beg0288016" n="0288016"/>软<anchor xml:id="end0288016"/>，身有光明。得初禅相转复增勝，色界四 <lb n="0288b17" ed="T"/>大遍满身故柔和轻软，離欲恶不善<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0288017" n="0288017"/><anchor ed="T"/>见妙光明照身内外。行者如是心意转异，嗔 <lb n="0288b20" ed="T"/>处不嗔、喜处不喜，世间八法所不能动，信敬 <lb n="0288b21" ed="T"/>惭愧转<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0288018" n="0288018"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0288018" n="0288018"/><anchor xml:id="beg0288018" n="0288018"/>多<anchor xml:id="end0288018"/>增倍，于衣服饮食等心不贪著，但 <lb n="0288b22" ed="T"/>以诸善功德为贵、馀者为贱，于天五欲尙不 <lb n="0288b23" ed="T"/>繫心，何况世间不净五欲？得初禅人有如是 <lb n="0288b24" ed="T"/>等相。复次得初禅时心大惊喜，譬如贫者卒 <lb n="0288b25" ed="T"/>得宝藏，心大欢喜作是念言：“初夜中夜後夜， <lb n="0288b26" ed="T"/>精勤苦行习初禅道，今得果报如实不虚，妙 <lb n="0288b27" ed="T"/>乐如是。而诸众生狂惑顽愚，没于五欲不净 <lb n="0288b28" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0288019" n="0288019"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0288019" n="0288019"/><anchor xml:id="beg0288019" n="0288019"/>非<anchor xml:id="end0288019"/>乐，甚可怜愍。”初禅快乐内外遍身，如水 <lb n="0288b29" ed="T"/>渍漧土<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0288020" n="0288020"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0288020" n="0288020"/><anchor xml:id="beg0288020" n="0288020"/>内<anchor xml:id="end0288020"/>外<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0288021" n="0288021"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0288021" n="0288021"/><anchor xml:id="beg0288021" n="0288021"/>霑<anchor xml:id="end0288021"/>洽，欲界身分受乐不能普 <pb n="0288c" ed="T" xml:id="T15.0616.0288c"/> <lb n="0288c01" ed="T"/>遍，欲界婬恚诸火热身，入初禅池凉乐第一 <lb n="0288c02" ed="T"/>除诸热恼，如<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0288022" n="0288022"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0288022" n="0288022"/><anchor xml:id="beg0288022" n="0288022"/>大<anchor xml:id="end0288022"/>热极入<name role="" type="person">淸凉池</name>。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0288c0213" cb:place="inline">既得初禅，念 <lb n="0288c03" ed="T"/>本所习修行道门，或有异缘，所谓念<persName>佛</persName>三昧， <lb n="0288c04" ed="T"/>或念不净、慈心观等。所以者何？是行思力令 <lb n="0288c05" ed="T"/>得禅定转复深入，本观倍增淸净明了。行者 <lb n="0288c06" ed="T"/>得初禅已进求二禅，若有漏道，于二禅边地 <lb n="0288c07" ed="T"/>厌患觉观，如欲界五欲五盖令心散乱，初禅 <lb n="0288c08" ed="T"/>觉观恼乱定心亦复如是；若无漏道，離初禅 <lb n="0288c09" ed="T"/>欲，即用无漏初禅诃责觉观。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0288c0912" cb:place="inline">问曰：</p><p xml:id="pT15p0288c0914" cb:place="inline">如初禅结 <lb n="0288c10" ed="T"/>使亦能乱心，何故但说觉观？</p><p xml:id="pT15p0288c1012" xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0288026" n="0288026"/><anchor xml:id="beg0288026" n="0288026"/>著<anchor xml:id="end0288026"/>。 <lb n="0288c13" ed="T"/>复次本未曾得觉观大喜，以大喜故壞<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0288027" xml:id="end0289029"/>故乐不遍身， <lb n="0289b20" ed="T"/>二禅大喜惊故不能遍身，三禅无障碍故乐 <lb n="0289b21" ed="T"/>遍其身，是名差别。复次乐受有四种：欲界六 <lb n="0289b22" ed="T"/>识相应乐，名为喜根亦名乐根；初禅四识相 <lb n="0289b23" xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0289031" n="0289031"/><anchor xml:id="beg0289031" n="0289031"/>畏忘<anchor xml:id="end0289031"/>失，则为是恼；是故乐复为患， <lb n="0289b27" ed="T"/>当求離乐。譬如人求富贵之乐，求时既苦，得 <lb n="0289b28" ed="T"/>时无厌则复为苦，得已守护亦复为苦。有人 <lb n="0289b29" ed="T"/>以求乐为苦故捨，或有得乐无厌觉苦故捨， <pb n="0289c" ed="T" xml:id="T15.0616.0289c"/> <lb n="0289c01" ed="T"/>或有既得守护为苦故捨。行者患乐<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0289032" xml:id="end0289035"/>，所谓罗汉、辟支<persName>佛</persName>、<persName>佛</persName>道，是故捨 <lb n="0289c08" ed="T"/>禅定乐，行于四禅安稳快乐，以三乘道随意 <lb n="0289c09" ed="T"/>而入涅槃。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0289c0905" n="0290005"/>著<anchor xml:id="end0290005"/>乐心多，乱此禅定故不说念淸净；四禅中 <lb n="0290a10" ed="T"/>都无此事故言念淸净。复次下地虽有定心， <lb n="0290a11" ed="T"/>出入息故令心难摄，是中无出入息故心则 <lb n="0290a12" ed="T"/>易摄，易摄故念淸净。复次第四禅名为真禅， <lb ed="T"/>得此第四禅，欲行四无量心随意易得，欲修 <lb n="0290a18" ed="T"/>四念处修之则易，欲得四谛疾得不难，欲入 <lb n="0290a19" ed="T"/>四无色定易可得入，欲得六通求之亦易。何 <lb n="0290a20" ed="T"/>以故？第四禅中不苦不乐，捨念淸净调柔随 <lb n="0290a21" xml:id="T15.0616.0290b"/> <lb n="0290b01" ed="T"/>水灭嗔恚，消慈火珠，慈水发溢渐渐廣大，遍 <lb n="0290b02" ed="T"/>至无量无边众生，悉蒙润泽常出不断，或听 <lb n="0290b03" ed="T"/>说法增益慈心，譬如大雨无不周普，行者慈 <lb n="0290b04" ed="T"/>与苦者，慈力转成悉见得乐。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0290b1412" cb:place="inline">问曰：</p><p xml:id="pT15p0290b1414" cb:place="inline">众生实无 <lb n="0290b15" ed="T"/>得者，云何皆见得乐而不顚倒？</p><p xml:id="pT15p0290b1513" cb:place="inline">答曰：</p><p xml:id="pT15p0290b1515" cb:place="inline">定有二 <lb n="0290b16" ed="T"/>种：一者观诸法实相、二者观法利用。譬如真 <lb n="0290b17" ed="T"/>珠师，一者善知珠相贵贱好醜，二者善能治 <lb n="0290b18" ed="T"/>用。或有知相<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0290018" n="0290018"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0290018" n="0290018"/><anchor xml:id="beg0290018" n="0290018"/>而不能<anchor xml:id="end0290018"/>用，或有治用而不知 <lb n="0290b19" ed="T"/>相，或有知相亦能治用。行者如是，贤圣未離 <lb n="0290b20" ed="T"/>欲者，能观法相四真谛等而不能用，不行四 <lb n="0290b21" ed="T"/>无量故，如凡夫離欲行诸功德，能有利用生 <lb n="0290b22" ed="T"/>四无量心，不能观实相故；如俱解脱阿罗汉 <lb n="0290b23" ed="T"/>等，能观实相，具禅定故生四无量。四无量者 <lb n="0290b24" ed="T"/>得解之法，以利用故非为顚倒。复次<persName>佛</persName>法之 <lb n="0290b25" ed="T"/>实无有众生，云何观苦者为实，乐者为倒？ <lb n="0290b26" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0290019" <lb n="0290b28" ed="T"/>生假名，如轮等和合名之为车，是故行者，慈 <lb n="0290b29" ed="T"/>心淸净则非顚倒。复次若无众生以为实者， <pb n="0290c" ed="T" xml:id="T15.0616.0290c"/> <lb n="0290c01" ed="T"/>众生受乐应是顚倒，而有众生无众生皆为 <lb n="0290c02" ed="T"/>是边，不应但有众生以为顚倒。复次慈三昧 <lb n="0290c03" ed="T"/>力故，行者皆见众生无不得乐如一切入观， <lb n="0290c04" ed="T"/>禅定力故于缘境界转靑作赤，何况众生皆 <lb n="0290c05" ed="T"/>有乐相而不见也？如贵贱贫富禽兽之属，各 <lb n="0290c06" ed="T"/>自有乐互相怜愍，贵者之患贫者所无，贫者 <lb n="0290c07" ed="T"/>之患贵者所无。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0290c0707" cb:place="inline">问曰：</p><p xml:id="pT15p0290c0709" cb:place="inline">馀道可尔，地狱云何？</p><p xml:id="pT15p0290c0717" n="0290c20" ed="T"/>不能壞心，五种者：一妄语说过、二恶口说过、 <lb n="0290c21" ed="T"/>三<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0290029" n="0290029"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0290029" n="0290029"/><anchor xml:id="beg0290029" n="0290029"/>不<anchor xml:id="end0290029"/>时说过、四恶心说过、五不利益说过。 <lb n="0290c22" ed="T"/>譬如大地不可破壞，种种嗔恼谗谤等不能 <lb n="0290c23" ed="T"/>毁也。譬如虚空不受加害，心<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0290030" n="0290030"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0290030" n="0290030"/><anchor xml:id="beg0290030" n="0290030"/>智<anchor xml:id="end0290030"/>柔软犹若天 <lb n="0290c24" ed="T"/>衣。复次行者入慈，虎狼毒兽蛇蚖之属皆不 <lb n="0290c25" n="0290034"/>数<anchor xml:id="end0290034"/>法<anchor xml:id="end0290033"/>、<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0290035" n="0290035"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0290035" n="0290035"/><anchor xml:id="beg0290035" n="0290035"/>心共生<anchor xml:id="end0290035"/>、 <lb n="0290c29" ed="T"/>随心行、非色法、非<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0290036" n="0290036"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0290036" n="0290036"/><anchor xml:id="beg0290036" n="0290036"/>是<anchor xml:id="end0290036"/>业、业相应、业共生、随 <pb n="0291a" ed="T" xml:id="T15.0616.0291a"/> <lb n="0291a01" ed="T"/>业行、非报生，是应修、得修、行<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0291001" n="0291001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0291001" n="0291001"/><anchor xml:id="beg0291001" n="0291001"/>修<anchor xml:id="end0291001"/>，应证、身证、 <lb n="0291a02" ed="T"/>慧证，或思惟断或不断，或有觉有观，或无觉 <lb n="0291a03" ed="T"/>有观，或无觉无观，或有喜或无喜，或有出入 <lb n="0291a04" ed="T"/>息或无出入息，或贤圣或凡夫，或乐受相应， <lb n="0291a05" ed="T"/>或不苦不乐受相应，非道品先缘相後缘法， <lb n="0291a06" ed="T"/>在四禅亦馀地，缘无量众生故<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0291002" n="0291002"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0291002" n="0291002"/><anchor xml:id="beg0291002" n="0291002"/>名<anchor xml:id="end0291002"/>为无量。淸 n="0291006"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0291006" n="0291006"/><anchor xml:id="beg0291006" n="0291006"/>若称此者<anchor xml:id="end0291006"/> <lb n="0291a11" ed="T"/>宜应行慈；今著染衣，当应行慈令心不染，食 <lb n="0291a12" ed="T"/>他之食不<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0291007" n="0291007"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0291007" n="0291007"/><anchor xml:id="beg0291007" n="0291007"/>虚<anchor xml:id="end0291007"/>受施。如经所说，若有比丘，渐 ed="T"/>不能伤，行者处于欲界，多嗔怒害，鬥诤怨毒 <lb n="0291a19" ed="T"/>种种诸害，慈心力故无能伤<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0291012" n="0291012"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0291012" n="0291012"/><anchor xml:id="beg0291012" n="0291012"/>损<anchor xml:id="end0291012"/>，譬如力士著 <lb n="0291a20" ed="T"/>金刚铠执持利器，虽入大阵不能伤壞。复次 <lb n="0291a21" ed="T"/>是<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0291013" n="0291013"/><anchor ed="T"/>实苦，于顚倒中而生乐想，今世後世受种种 <lb n="0291b18" ed="T"/>忧恼而无厌心，虽暂得離苦还复求乐作诸 <lb n="0291b19" ed="T"/>苦事，如是思惟，见诸众生悉皆受苦，是为悲 <lb n="0291b20" ed="T"/>心。馀悲心義如摩诃衍论四无量中说。</p><p xml:id="pT15p0291b2016" <lb n="0291c14" ed="T"/>如小儿，若常爱念憍恣败壞，若常苦切怖畏 <lb n="0291c15" ed="T"/>羸瘦，是故有时放捨不爱不憎。行者如是，若 <lb n="0291c16" ed="T"/>常行慈喜心则放逸，以喜乐多故，若常行悲 <lb n="0291c17" ed="T"/>心则生忧恼，以念苦多故，是<anchor ed="T"/>行喜心除破<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0291035" n="0291035"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0291035" n="0291035"/><anchor xml:id="beg0291035" n="0291035"/>愁忧<anchor xml:id="end0291035"/>，修行捨心除破憎爱。但观 <lb n="0291c24" ed="T"/>众生得解<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0291036" n="0291036"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0291036" n="0291036"/><anchor xml:id="beg0291036" n="0291036"/>脱<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0291038" n="0291038"/><anchor xml:id="beg0291038" n="0291038"/>笑<anchor xml:id="end0291038"/>，是 <lb n="0291c27" ed="T"/>名为喜；若失此众事者，是名忧苦；<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0291039" n="0291039"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0291039" n="0291039"/><anchor xml:id="beg0291039" n="0291039"/>若<anchor xml:id="end0291039"/>无此 <lb n="0291c28" ed="T"/>三事<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0291040" n="0291040"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0291040" n="0291040"/><anchor xml:id="beg0291040" n="0291040"/>者<anchor xml:id="end0291040"/>，是名为捨。行者亦如是具有四心， <lb n="0291c29" ed="T"/>自身受乐愿及众生，心既柔软，见一切众生 <pb n="0292a" ed="T" xml:id="T15.0616.0292a"/> <lb n="0292a01" ed="T"/>悉得是乐；又复见诸天上世间豪贵，取其乐 <lb n="0292a02" ed="T"/>相愿及众生，心既柔软，见一切众生悉得是 <lb n="0292a03" ed="T"/>乐；修行慈时心生大喜，以此大喜愿与众生， <lb n="0292a04" ed="T"/>或从定起礼<persName>佛</persName>法众赞歎供养，亦得心喜愿 <lb n="0292a05" ed="T"/>与众生，及取外喜愿与众生，或时自见其苦 <lb n="0292a06" ed="T"/>老病忧恼饥寒困苦，欲令众生離是苦恼，我 <lb n="0292a07" ed="T"/>能分别筹量，心忍犹尙苦恼，何况众生无有 <lb n="0292a08" ed="T"/>智慧忍受众苦，何得不恼？则生悲心。复见外 <lb n="0292a09" ed="T"/>人刑戮鞭挞，又闻经说恶道苦痛，取是苦相 <lb n="0292a10" ed="T"/>观一切皆苦，而生悲心。捨<anchor xml:id="fxT15p0292a01"/>者自捨憎爱，<anchor xml:id="end0292002"/>不苦不乐 <lb n="0292a12" ed="T"/>者，从第四禅乃至非有想非无想处，及欲界 <lb n="0292a13" ed="T"/>无苦无乐时，取是相已观一切众生，亦都如 <lb n="0292a14" ed="T"/>是无苦无乐。复次如贵人唯有一子，爱念甚 <lb n="0292a15" ed="T"/>重心常<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0292005" n="0292005"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0292005" n="0292005"/><anchor xml:id="beg0292005" n="0292005"/>间<anchor xml:id="end0292005"/>诸乐愿令悉得，自能得 <lb n="0292a16" ed="T"/>者亦皆与之。其子或时遭诸恼患，父甚悲念， <lb n="0292a17" ed="T"/>若子从<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0292006" n="0292006"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0292006" n="0292006"/><anchor xml:id="beg0292006" n="0292006"/>因<anchor xml:id="end0292006"/>得<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0292007" n="0292007"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0292007" n="0292007"/><anchor xml:id="beg0292007" n="0292007"/>免<anchor xml:id="end0292007"/>，其父大喜，心生喜已，即便 <lb n="0292a18" ed="T"/>放捨任子自长，父得休息。行者如是，于四无 <lb n="0292a19" ed="T"/>量心中，观诸众生亦如子想，随己所有乐事， <lb n="0292a20" ed="T"/>及取世间种种诸乐，愿令得之，慈定力故悉 <lb n="0292a21" ed="T"/>见一切皆是乐者。行人从慈心起，若见众生 <lb n="0292a22" ed="T"/>受诸苦痛，取是相已而生悲心。悲心力故见 <lb n="0292a23" ed="T"/>诸众生悉皆受苦，见受苦已愿令众生皆離 <lb n="0292a24" ed="T"/>是苦，从悲三昧起，若见众生受乐得道入涅 <lb n="0292a25" ed="T"/>槃者，取是相已而生喜心。欲令彼得<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0292008" n="0292008"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0292008" n="0292008"/><anchor xml:id="beg0292008" n="0292008"/>而彼 <lb n="0292a26" ed="T"/>自得<anchor xml:id="end0292008"/>，心识柔软悉见众生皆得欢喜。从此定 <lb n="0292a27" ed="T"/>起，见众生不苦不乐者、不忧不喜者，取是相 <lb n="0292a28" ed="T"/>已而生捨心，愿令众生不苦不乐、不忧不喜， <lb n="0292a29" ed="T"/>以善修捨定力故，悉见众生不苦不乐、不忧 <pb xml:id="end0292010"/>三品：或初习行，或已习行，或久习 <lb n="0292b06" ed="T"/>行。若初习行，当教言：“破皮却不净，当观白 <lb n="0292b07" ed="T"/>骨人，繫意在观不令外<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0292011" n="0292011"/><anchor ed="T"/>习行，却身中一寸皮肉繫意五处：顶上、额 <lb n="0292b11" ed="T"/>上、眉间、鼻端、心处，如是等处住意在骨不 <lb n="0292b12" ed="T"/>令外念，外念诸缘摄之令还。当复观心，若 <lb n="0292b13" ed="T"/>心疲极捨诸外想<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0292014" n="0292014"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0292014" n="0292014"/><anchor xml:id="beg0292014" n="0292014"/>注<anchor xml:id="end0292014"/>念在缘，譬如猕猴被 <lb n="0292b14" ed="T"/>繫在柱终日驰走，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0292015" n="0292015"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0292015" n="0292015"/><anchor xml:id="beg0292015" n="0292015"/>锁<anchor xml:id="end0292015"/>常摄<anchor xml:id="end0292012"/>还极乃休息。所 <lb n="0292b15" ed="T"/>缘如柱，念则如<anchor xml:id="beg_7" type="star"/>锁<anchor xml:id="end_7"/>，心喩猕猴。亦如乳母， <lb n="0292b16" ed="T"/>常观小儿不令堕落，行者观心亦复如是， <lb n="0292b17" ed="T"/>渐渐制心令住缘处，若心久住是应禅法。 <lb n="0292b18" ed="T"/>若得禅定即有三相，身悉和悦柔软轻便， <lb n="0292b19" ed="T"/>白骨流光犹如白珂，心得静住是为净观， <lb n="0292b20" ed="T"/>是时便得色界中心，是名初学禅法门。若 <lb n="0292b21" ed="T"/>定<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0292016" n="0292016"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0292016" n="0292016"/><anchor xml:id="beg0292016" n="0292016"/>得<anchor xml:id="end0292016"/>勝心，则不如制之令住，是名一心。 <lb n="0292b22"
